Product Review - Max Factor Face Finity All Day Primer

I've been trying this product out for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! The main reason I picked it up was because I was watching one of Tanya Burr's videos and she raved about it and also because it was on offer in Superdrug for only £7.99!

This primer does exactly what it says, it extends the wear of my foundation and concealer etc so that it lasts all day - but it doesn't really do anything else. Yes, it would help to smooth out my skin, but it wouldn't help to minimise my pores or reduce the appearance of fine lines around my eyes etc. but realistically, it doesn't claim to do that, so I'm not all that bothered. And it does come with an SPF of 20 which is an added bonus :)

The consistency of the produc does come out quite thick as you can see from the picture - my hand is tilted and the product hasn't run down, but once it has been applied to the skin it feels quite light which I love. 

If you are someone who needs that extra help or just likes primers that do everything, then this primer may not be for you, but I love it and I would highly recommend to anyone who just wants their foundation to last!

realTechniques Silicone Liner Brush Review

I picked this brush up because I love realTechniques, I think their brushes are amazing and one of the best, it was also on sale for £5.00 and I have wanted a new brush to apply cream eyeliner for months so I thought, why not?

I do really like this brush, it's pretty flexible so it is easy to run along the lash line, it has a pointed tip also to help create a very thin natural looking line but you can also use the side if you want a thicker one. It does however take a while to get used too, at the start it is a bit hard to use and get the eyeliner on decent looking but practice makes perfect and I really do love it now, I use it everyday for my eyeliner :)

Nicki Minaj Onika Perfume

I got this perfume from my boyfriend at Christmas and it's absolutely gorgeous! It's not quite sweet and it's not quite floral - it's a beautiful combination of both and the balance is perfect.

The bottle is also lovely, y far my favourite one from her collection - I love the black and gold theme, it makes it look expensive and very good quality. 

It's now my favourite perfume :)

Benefit Cheeky Sweet Spot

I bought this the other day because I have wanted for ages, or since when Gemma from Miss Makeup Magpie done a review on it and the other day when I was in town I called into benefit and I seen they had it on offer for £19.68 - a total bargain :)

I absolutely love this palette, everything about it is gorgeous, the packaging is study and lovely looking and the pigmentation of the products is amazingggg.

My favourite by of the new year so far :)

Make-up Items I got for Christmas

I thought I would do an individual post on the make-up items I received at Christmas :)

These are all of the beauty items I received, as you can see, I did get some new brushes from realTechniques and ecotools - which I adore.

I also got the Naked palette from Urban Decay - I had to get it, I have the second and third so it was a must for this one - I love it

I got the Naked Illuminated highlighter from Urban Decay - it is absolutely gorgeous, by far my favourite highlighter 

I then got the Smash Box Photo Finish Primer - I love this, I used on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Eve and it is wonderful 

Finally I got a mini eye shadow palette from No7, the colours in this palette are gorgeous and so it shte packaging. In the picture it looks pink but it is more rose gold - beautiful.

I will be going more in depth with all of these products along with my thoughts so keep an eye out :)

Hi everyone! I hope yous all had an amazing Christmas and got spoilt rotten :)

I love Christmas, it is undoubtedly my favourite time of year, not because of the presents - mostly the food but anyway, everyone is just so nice and cheery and the atmosphere when you go shopping is so nice and festive - unless you go on Christmas Eve, then it is stressful.

But I thought I would share with yous some of the things I got Christmas - I am in no way bragging or showing off - I just love reading/watching these posts myself so I also enjoy doing them :)

So I did get a few things for Christmas, from my family and boyfriend :)

I got some new make-up brushes from ecotools and real Techniques, new Nicki Minaj perfume, some lush goodies, new make-up goodies etc. etc. :)
